In order to run properly our script needs the following:

A part of our script files are encoded using Ioncube. In order to run the script you will need to have Ioncube Loader Module for your server installed. Usualy your web hosting company will install these for you without problems. If the required is not installed, it can be downloaded for free at http://www.ioncube.com/loaders.php and installation instructions are provided at http://www.ioncube.com/loader_installation.php. We will help you with script installation and with module installation to your website.
The license is for one domain. You can use the script on different subdomains.
We offer free hosting to our clients for one year. The clients will be hosted on UnixEngines.com with the Personal Plan. The plan is fully featured (PHP, MySQL, CGI) and includes Web based administration. Our script was tested to work properly on UnixEngines.com Please check out the plan details for more information. There are no installation fees and no hidden fees if you choose for our free hosting account.
If you choose to receive free hosting, you will need to fill in the hosting account request form and enter there the domain name that you want to host with us. Your hosting account will be created immediatelly and you will receive an email containing account information.
For your domain to be accessible from our hosting you will need to change your domain nameservers to the following:
ns1.unixengines.com
ns2.unixengines.com

With our script, you will get free professional installation from our team. If you wish to request a free installation, please contact us and provide us with the following informations:
- your domain name
- your ftp hostname, username and password
- your mysql server name (usually this is "localhost"), database name, mysql username and mysql password

[A] Yes, with our script you will receive free professional installation from our support team.
2. [Q] Can you recommend a hosting that is compatible with your script?
[A] We recomment www.unixengines.com and www.tjbailey.com to host the script. We do not recomment cheap accounts at big web hosting companies, because we tried such accounts in the past and it works slowly and sometimes are not accesible because big companies host too many websites on a single server, on their shared accounts. 3. [Q] Can I reuse these scripts to build other sites, or is the licence for only one site? Do I have to have a licence for every site I set up, or can I use the one I buy?
[A] The licence is for only one domain name. If you want to setup multiple classifieds websites you can either install the script on the same domain name but in different directories or purchase multiple licences. If you need more than 3 licences, contact us and we will offer a discount.
4. [Q] What are the support and upgrade costs in the future?
[A] After 6 months the cost for an upgrade to a new major version is $70.
After 1 year the cost for other 6 months of support is $50.
5. [Q] Can I change the default top logo?
[A] Yes, you can do this easily from Administrator interface. To do this go to Settings / General Settings and upload your new logo in "Header logo" field.
6. [Q] Can I remove the Powered By Real-Estate-Scripts logo at the bottom of the pages?
[A] Yes, you are allowed to remove the Powered By logo at the bottom. This can be done easily from Administrator interface. To do this go to Settings / General Settings and uncheck "Show footer logo" checkbox, or you can just replace the logo and the link with your own from the same location.
7. [Q] Can I change the country and currency to fit my location?
[A] Yes, you can do this easily from Administrator interface. To change countries list go to Lists / Countries and edit or add new countries. In the same way you can change currencies list from Lists / Currencies.
8. [Q] When and how is a order delivered to me?
[A] The script is sent to you after we receive payment confirmation from our payment company. This is usualy happening from 3-4 hours after you've made the order up to 24 hours. The script is sent you you via Email Attachment. If you've ordered the script and you did not received it in 24 hours please contact us.
9. [Q] Which types of payment are accepted?
[A] For order processing we use PayPal, 2Checkout and Share-it services. We accept payments with PayPal accounts, Mastercard/Eurocard, Visa, American Express, and Diner's Club online. Alternatively, we support bank transfer / wire transfer, and accept Checks and Money Orders through postal mail.
10. [Q] What happens after a year with my account with your hosting company?
[A] After one year free hosting you must choose between Personal plan at 1.95$/month or Business plan at 7.95$/month.
11. [Q] I want to use your script hosted at your hosting company but I also want to host other domains there. What should I do, because I only am allowed to host one domain with Personal Plan from UNIXENGINES
[A] If you chose our free hosting plan for your classifieds website but you also have other domain names that you want to host with our hosting company we can offer you Business plan for one year to host unlimited domain names at 50% discount from regular Business plan.
